the work can often be completed via the Internet and phone calls, clients
find our service convenient and timely.
In sync with our “simplest solution” philosophy, we work with
mainstream software applications, such as Microsoft PowerPoint® and Word®.
This means that the content and images in the slides and documents
can be updated or re-purposed after the project is completed.
Getting
started on a project is simple:

arrange a phone call to get acquainted with each other and the
project.

You
email the file(s) to me. (I'll be glad to sign a non-disclosure
agreement if you wish)

We
look over the information, ask questions, and then give you a cost
estimate.

make a simple agreement.

get to work, sending the file back and forth until it is complete to
your satisfaction.

simplest solution, and if there's a way for you to save money or time, we
will tell you even if it means less work for us.
We want to be your ongoing design resource -- when you have a
question, we want you to contact us and we will try to find the answer or
direct you to someone who can.
Continuous Learning – yours and ours
Part of the satisfaction of our work is seeing clients get
better at crafting presentations, and using available technology.
As your coach, we may challenge you to learn to do certain tasks
yourself rather than depend entirely on us for them.
This is in your best interest, yet you are still free to ask us to
do them for you. To foster
